Nythfa Guesthouse Reviews
We have just finished our visit with Deb and Nev they were very welcoming when we arrived . The place is spotlessly clean and is a credit them. The rooms were faultless. Honestly I can’t give them enough praise. And we will return in the near future
“I have been trying to book up a stay in Saundersfoot for some time and wanted to stay at the Nythfa because of the good reviews. I saw a weekend free and booked up quickly and am glad I did. Arriving slightly early was not a problem and there is plenty of parking space, a big plus in my book. The owners Nev and Debbie are great and full of knowledge and tips about the local area.
The rooms are good and well equipped, we had one overlooking the road at the front with a view of the sea. Tea/coffee and a hair drier provided. Breakfast is top notch, granola, fresh fruit, full English, toast, fresh coffee with the meat being locally sourced. The guesthouse in a fantastic location, a short walk from the town and harbour and from the Pembrokeshire coastal walk where you can walk to Tenby (about 2hrs 15mins) and get the bus back, which stops outside The Nythfa. The town is great, loads of restaurants, pubs, a lovely beach and a harbour if you are up for a boat trip.
All in all, a fantastic place with great service and amenities . Booked up again for another visit already.”
“Booked on line but had to make changes, which was done without any trouble at all. Very easy to find and well positioned for a short, safe walk to more than one beach in Saundersfoot and an easy drive, bus journey or coast path walk into nearby Tenby. Parking at the property, which was welcome.
Our room, overlooking the sea, was beautifully appointed, fresh decor, lovely bedding on a big bed, deep pile carpet, tea and coffee and biscuits. The small en-suite shower room was a tight fit but the power-shower was wonderful, as were the huge towels.
Breakfast was served in a room with a sea view and was freshly cooked to order. Lovely fresh fruit, granola, yogurt and juices completed the very satisfying experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay and would recommend Nythfa to anyone wanting a spotless, convenient, welcoming place to stay, at a very good price.”
My partner & I stayed here for two nights in March in the deluxe suite room. The room was warm, bright and cosy. Comfy bed, good amenities in the room, clean and modern bathroom and luxurious bathroom towels.
Debbie as a host was warm and welcoming and cooked us a up a fabulous full english & vegetarian breakfast.
The guesthouse is in a great location and only a short walk to main town of Saundersfoot – although be warned it’s a bit of a steep walk back to the guesthouse from the town but that didn’t bother us.
Will definitely return and thanks for a great trip.
Also worth mentioning that my parents hired Cutters Cottage which is also owned by Debbie and her husband and is located in the same grounds as the guesthouse and they had and equally brilliant stay!
Breakfast delicious and cooked to order.
“Stayed over the Easter Weekend with my parents. Excellent communication prior to our arrival. We had the sea view rooms, both very good with tea, coffee, water etc.
Breakfast was of a good quality and gluten free produce was also provided. Hosts were super friendly.. would recommend this guest house. Only a short walk to the beach.”
“Had a great stay at this fabulous B&B. Spacious bedroom plus sitting area with fridge and TV. Nicely decorated and very clean with lovely white super soft towels. Delicious breakfast and lovely hosts. Saundersfoot is a small charming seaside town with a beautiful beach and some good restaurants and bars. Nythfa is in easy walking distance.”
